How do I search by journal or publisher name?

  • Enter the journal name or publisher name in the search box.

Example
To search for articles about Alzheimer in the journal Folia Pharmacologica Japonica, enter the following in the search box:
Folia Pharmacologica Japonica Alzheimer

Or, click Advanced Searchto use the search builder, then select Journal from pull-down menu and enter the following in the search box:
Folia Pharmacologica Japonica
and select All from pull-down menu and add the following:
Alzheimer
and then, click or Search.

  • Select a journal or a publisher from the lists.

Example 1
To list the articles in the journal Folia Pharmacologica Japonica, proceed with the following steps:
Journals > Folia Pharmacologica Japonica > List Issues > Vol-Issue > Select an issue to display citations

To find a specific article in the journal Folia Pharmacologica Japonica:

How do I search by Japanese author’s name?

  • Enter the author’s first and/or last name in the search box, and then click or Search.

Example
To find the articles relevant to Yoshinori Nakata, enter the following (with double quotation) in the search box:
“Yoshinori Nakata”

(In order to compare the results of searches with or without double quotation, click “Yoshinori Nakata” and Yoshinori Nakata)

Or, click Advanced Search to use the search builder, then select Author from pull-down menu and enter the following (without double quotation) in the search box:
Yoshinori Nakata

How do I find a specific citation?

  • Search the article by citation information.

Example
To find a specific article in the journal Folia Pharmacologica Japonica:
Journals > Folia Pharmacologica Japonica (highlighted) > Identify Year/Vol/Issue/Start Page > Search

Or, click Advanced Searchto use the search builder, then identify Year/Vol/Issue/Start Page.

Is there anything special for clinical searches?

  • Clustering Results help you to narrow the current search by relevant keywords, publication date, lauguage ( / ) or category.

How do I display an abstract?

  • From search result page, click [ Abstract ] to display an abstract of selected citation.

How can I get a full-text of the article?

  • From search result page, click [ Download PDF ] to get a full-text of the article in PDF format.

How can I preserve collections of citations?

  • From the search result page, select articles by checking the boxes of citations you need to preserve, and then click Export RIS file(for EndNote) to export selected citations to EndNote.
