| Abstract | [Points]●感染症マネジメントでは, 免疫不全のタイプ((1)皮膚・粘膜のバリア障害, (2)生体機能の異常, (3)好中球減少, (4)細胞性免疫の低下, (5)液性免疫の低下)を考える. ●がんの浸潤や転移による解剖学的に問題のある部位が感染臓器となりやすい. ●発熱性好中球減少症(FN)は緊急度の高い病態であり, 感染部位・原因微生物を推定し, 適切な抗菌薬選択を行う. ●支持療法や疼痛治療・免疫関連有害事象(irAE)治療のため, 副腎皮質ステロイドを使用する場合には, ST合剤の予防投与を考慮する. ●脾臓摘出の患者では, 肺炎球菌ワクチンの接種を行う. |
