Abstract | 「要旨」 : 2022年の診療報酬改定でロボット支援腎尿管摘除術 (Robot-assisted laparoscopic nephroureterectomy : RNU) が保険収載となった. 当科の初期成績は良好で, 膀胱カフ切除までの操作がPatient Cartのポジション変更なく可能であった. 至適ポート位置, リンパ節郭清手技, 後腹膜アプローチに関しては今後検討が必要である. |
