| Abstract | 「要旨」食道胃静脈瘤の治療法には, 内視鏡的治療, IVR, 手術療法, 薬物療法などがある. 近年は内視鏡的治療が中心となっているが, 難治例には他の治療法も選択される. 食道胃静脈瘤は ,門脈圧亢進により発達する側副血行路の一つで, 亢進した門脈圧を減圧するdrainage veinの役割を担うため, 治療により合併症が生じる場合もある. 各疾患の血行動態を把握し一つの治療法に固執せず, その血行動態に即した治療法を選択することが重要である. |
