| Abstract | 「要旨」肝硬変患者における門脈血栓症は, 肝予備能の悪化や食道胃静脈瘤破裂また腹水・肝性脳症などの悪化を引き起こす可能性があり, 速やかに治療すべきと考えられている. しかし肝硬変患者においては, 凝固因子が低下している一方で, 抗凝固因子も低下するいわゆるインバランスな状態であり, 従来の抗凝固剤の投与は出血などの重篤な合併症を引き起こす可能性がある. 最近の考え方として, 肝硬変患者の門脈血栓治療では, このインバランスの是正が最も重要な治療法であるといわれている. |
