| Abstract | 「要旨」 肝機能異常に関するコンサルトを受ける状況として, 一般診療医や健診施設からの紹介受診と他科における他疾患診療時のコンサルトがある. 前者においては, 肝機能異常を呈する鑑別疾患を想起し, 問診, 血液検査, 画像検査を適切に行うことが必要である. 一方, 他科コンサルトにおいては, 原疾患および治療の影響による肝障害を適切に評価する必要がある. とくに近年では多種多様な薬剤の開発により, 各治療薬剤特有の肝障害を認めることも多く, これらの病態を念頭においた診療が必要である. 本稿では肝機能異常コンサルト時に注意すべきポイントを記載した. |
