| Abstract | 「要旨」 免疫チェックポイント阻害剤(immune-checkpoint inhibitor: ICI)の使用拡大に伴い, 免疫関連有害事象(immune-related adverse event: irAE)による肝障害が増加し, 日常診療で対応が必要なことも増えてきた. irAE肝障害は重篤化する可能性もあり, 早期の診断, 治療が重要である. 休薬・対処についてはGrade別アルゴリズムに則って対応をする必要があり, 肝細胞癌は他の癌腫と対応の基準が異なるため注意が必要である. |
