| Abstract | 「要旨」切除不能肝細胞癌に対する薬物療法において抗VEGF薬の果たす役割は大きい. その治療効果を最大限に引き出すためには, 患者情報ならびに医薬品情報から発現リスクを算定し, 適切な支持療法に加え, 減量・休止・再開といった薬剤管理, 診療科・職種横断的な緊密な連携によるチーム医療の実践が求められている. 本稿においては, 抗VEGF薬における主な有害事象と, そのマネジメントについて概説する. |
