| Abstract | 「要旨」好酸球性消化管疾患(EGIDs)は好酸球性食道炎(EoE)と好酸球性胃腸炎(EGE)に大別される. EoEは海外から報告され, わが国でも近年周知されるようになった. 一方, EGEはわが国で以前より報告されていたが, 海外も含め多数例の報告は少ない. 本稿ではEGIDsの治療に関する論文をとりあげて, その内容の解説とともに研究の問題点や今後期待される研究などについて述べた. EGIDsはわが国でも増加傾向にあり, 今後多施設でより多数例を集積した研究が期待される. |
