| Abstract | 「要旨」炎症性腸疾患(IBD)の治療は抗TNFα抗体製剤を皮切りに革新的な進歩を遂げており, 抗TNFα抗体製剤の他にもIL-12/23やlymphocyte trackingなどさまざまな機序をターゲットとした治療が開発されてきた. 生物学的製剤は基本的に注射製剤であるが, Janus kinase(JAK)阻害剤は経口内服が可能な低分子化合物として, 難治性潰瘍性大腸炎治療の新たな選択肢として注目されている. 本稿ではJAK阻害剤の概要とUC治療の新たなトレンドについて概説する. |
