Abstract | 「内容のポイントQ&A」「Q1 筋トレの種類は?」筋力トレーニング法は, 運動様式(等尺性・等張性・等速性収縮トレーニング), 筋収縮様式(短縮性・伸張性・等尺性収縮トレーニング), 荷重(荷重位・非荷重位トレーニング), 負荷様式(最大筋力法, 最大反復法, スピード・筋力法, 反動法), 運動速度(スロー・パワートレーニング)等, さまざまな分類によって, その種類が分けられる. スロートレーニングは, 低強度の負荷であっても, 筋肥大や筋力増強に対して高い効果が得られるとされている. 「Q2 筋力と筋肥大の関係は?」筋力には筋量の他, 神経的要因や筋線維タイプ, 筋や腱のスティフネス, 筋内非収縮組織といったさまざまな要因が関与する. そのため, 年齢にかかわらず理論上は一定の値をとるとされている固有筋力(単位筋横断面積当たりの筋力)は, 若年者と比較して高齢者では低い値を示す. |
