| Abstract | 「内容のポイント Q&A」 「(Q1) 疼痛に対して行う物理療法の種類は?」疼痛緩和を目的として行う物理療法には温熱療法, 寒冷療法, 電気療法, 光線療法等がある. 「(Q2) 疼痛に対する物理療法のエビデンスは?」疼痛緩和において物理療法は侵襲性が低く, 有力な方法であると考えられるが, その効果については個人差があるものが多く, 残念ながらエビデンスの高い報告はまだ少ない. これから効果について科学的に検証していく必要がある. 「(Q3) 疼痛に対する物理療法の実際は?」温熱療法としてはホットパック, 超短波, 極超短波, 超音波が多用される. その適応は主に急性期を脱した打撲, 捻挫, 変形性関節症, 腰痛, 筋肉痛等である. 逆に急性期の炎症を伴う疼痛緩和に対しては寒冷療法が用いられる. このように疼痛の種類, 病態によって適応となる物理療法が異なる. |
