| Abstract | 「A(1)はじめに」イメグリミンとは, 「グリミン」と呼ばれる「tetrahydrotriazene化合物」系に属する, 新規の作用機序を有する2型糖尿病治療薬です. 化学物質名では(6R)-(+)-4-dimethylamino-2-imino-6-methyl-1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-1,3,5,triazine hydrochlorideと呼ばれます. 「◆基礎研究」イメグリミンは, 2型糖尿病治療に重要な役割を有する肝臓・筋肉・膵臓を同時に標的臓器として血糖降下作用を有します. また, ミトコンドリア機能を改善する作用を有します. |
