| Abstract | 「要旨」先天性サイトメガロウイルス感染症は, 乳幼児脳障害の主要な原因である. 本稿では, 妊婦サイトメガロウイルス抗体スクリーニング法とその問題点, 胎内感染の確定診断法および胎内感染の予防法について紹介する. |
