| Abstract | 「要旨」肺炎は発症場所によって市中発症型肺炎と院内発症型肺炎に大別される. 市中肺炎ではクラミジアやレジオネラなどの非定型肺炎病原体を考慮する必要があり, なかでも重症化するレジオネラの鑑別が重要となる. |
