| Abstract | 「はじめに」 社会の高齢化に伴い, 高次脳機能障害である術後認知機能障害(postoperative cognitive dysfunction: POCD)は重要な周術期合併症として近年注目されている. 高齢者で頻度が高く, 侵襲の大きな手術だけでなく, 小さな手術でもPOCDは起こるとされている. また, POCDは, 術後せん妄(postoperative delirium: POD)を起こした患者で発生率が高い. このため, 特にPODに関するガイドラインが最近出され始めている. ここ数年でヨーロッパ麻酔科学会や米国老年医学会から出されたPODならびにPOCDに関するガイドラインと総説を基に, 本論文ではPOD・POCDの予防と対策についてまとめた. |
