| Abstract | 「はじめに」周産期・新生児感染症の領域で, 近年, 最も進んできているのが, 先天性サイトメガロウイルス (cytomegalovirus : CMV) 感染症の診断と治療である. 妊婦が, 妊娠中にCMV感染を起こすと, 胎児感染が生じ, 出生児は先天性CMV感染を引き起こすことがある (先天性CMV感染児) . 古くからTORCH症候群の一つとして知られ, いわゆる古くて最も新しい先天性感染症である. 先天性CMV感染児のうちおよそ2割は, 出生時より何らかの症状 (胎児発育不全, 肝脾腫, 肝機能障害, 出血斑, 血小板減少, 黄疸, 小頭症, 水頭症・脳室拡大, 脳室周辺石灰沈着・大脳皮質形成不全・白質障害, 網脈絡膜炎, 聴性脳幹反応異常など) を有して出生する症候性先天性CMV感染症である. 残りのおよそ8割は, 出生時に症状は全く有さない無症候性先天性CMV感染である. |
