| Abstract | 「Headline」1 片頭痛は日常生活への支障度が高い疾患であり, 正確な診断, 戦略的かつ適切な治療が求められる. 2 片頭痛の分類や診断は「国際頭痛分類第3版」(ICHD-3)の分類・診断基準に沿って行う. 3 片頭痛治療には急性期治療・予防療法があり, 症状把握・効果判定には頭痛ダイアリーを活用しながら発作期の頭痛解消に加え頭痛頻度や重症度の軽減, また慢性化や薬剤の使用過多による頭痛(薬物乱用頭痛, MOH)の予防を行い生活機能の向上, 日常生活への支障軽減を目指す. 「片頭痛診療の現状・問題点」片頭痛は1990〜2016年の165か国における疾患負担研究であるGlobal Burden of Disease Study 2016において, 30〜40代を中心に幅広い年代で日常生活への負担が最も大きい疾患であることが示された. わが国における有病率は8.4%(男性3.6%・女性12.9%)である. |
