| Abstract | 「Summary」1. せん妄は身体疾患や薬剤など原因のある精神や行動の障害である. 2. せん妄により死亡リスクや認知症発症リスクの増加など様々なデメリットが生じる. 3. せん妄の診療を進めるうえで3因子(準備因子, 直接因子, 促進因子)の理解が重要となる. 4. 予防は促進因子に対する非薬物的介入が中心となり, 多職種による多因子介入が推奨されている. 5. 治療は併存疾患や肝腎機能に配慮して抗精神病薬を選択することが多く, 少量から開始する. |
