| Abstract | 「Point」 子宮体癌は2つのTypeに分類すると病態が理解しやすい. Type Iはエストロゲン依存性で高分化な類内膜癌で予後良好である. Type IIはエストロゲン非依存性で漿液性癌, 癌肉腫等で予後不良である. 近年, 子宮体癌治療のブレークスルーとして, 高頻度マイクロサテライト不安定性(MSI-high)の再発子宮体癌に免疫チェックポイント阻害薬(ペムブロリズマブ)の使用が可能となった. さらに昨年, 再発子宮体癌に対してペムブロリズマブとマルチキナーゼ阻害剤(レンバチニブ)の併用も保険適用となった. |
