| Abstract | 「Point」 加齢に伴う機能変化や予備能力の低下によって健康障害リスクを有する状態はフレイルと理解されロコモとならんで要介護状態への移行やquality of life(QOL)・activities of daily living(ADL)に及ぼす影響が大きい. フレイルの発症や進展に性ホルモンやビタミンDをはじめとするホルモンレベルの低下が関与する可能性が指摘され, またロコモとフレイルの間の共通性や両者に対する一体的アプローチもフレイル・ロコモの予防・改善に効果的であると期待される. |
