| Abstract | 「要旨」再発リスクを有する子宮体がん症例の術後補助化学療法としては, ドキソルビシン/シスプラチン併用(AP)療法を標準療法としてタキサン系薬剤を含むレジメンの有効性が検証されてきた. 補助化学療法のセッティングではAP療法に対する優越性は示されていないが, 進行・再発症例同様にパクリタキセル/カルボプラチン併用(TC)療法が汎用される傾向にある. 今後は補助療法においても免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の使用や分子生物学的特徴に基づいた治療戦略の構築が期待される. |
