| Abstract | 「要旨」卵巣がんの治療は手術を中心に薬物療法を併用する集学的治療が基本である. 薬物療法はこれまでにプラチナ製剤を含む化学療法を中心として抗VEGF抗体薬のベバシズマブが用いられてきた. 近年ではPARP阻害薬のオラパリブ, ニラパリブが登場し, 初回・再発時の治療, 維持療法における選択肢が拡充した. 卵巣がん治療においては個々の症例の臨床的ならびに患者背景を十分に検討し各薬剤の特徴を理解したうえで最適な治療選択をすることが求められ, 特に維持療法をどのように考えるかの重要性が増している. |
