| Abstract | 「要旨」 経口GnRHアンタゴニスト(レルゴリクス)はGnRHアゴニストに代わり子宮筋腫の術前に使われるようになったが, 実際の使用例についての報告はまだ少ない. 当院では子宮全摘前118例に使用し, 効果として貧血改善, 症状改善, 腫瘍縮小, 副作用として更年期障害様症状, 不正性器出血, 高血圧等があり, 選択術式ごとに解析したので報告する. 術前待機症例への使用は, 1例だけ不応例があったが, 有用かつ安全と考えられた. |
