| Abstract | ANCA関連血管炎の治療戦略は, GPAやMPAに対するRCTが多くなされ, 寛解導入療法・寛解維持療法におけるリツキシマブの有効性が確立し, 維持投与の方法についての議論が進んでいる. アバコパンを含む新規治療戦略の発達に伴い, グルココルチコイドの減量が検討され, より有効性が高く, 有害事象の少ない治療戦略が開発されている. EGPAの治療においても, メポリズマブの登場で治療戦略は大きく転換し, 近年はベンラリズマブの報告もみられている. 本稿では, ANCA関連血管炎の治療戦略について, 臨床試験の経緯について詳説する. |
