| Abstract | 全身性エリテマトーデス(SLE)の治療は, 副腎皮質ステロイドおよび数種の免疫抑制薬に長らく頼ってきた. 本邦でもヒドロキシクロロキンやミコフェノール酸モフェチルにつづいてベリムマブが使用可能になり, 治療法ではようやく世界標準となった. 支持療法の進歩も手伝いSLE患者の予後は改善しているが, 依然, 重症例や難治性病態などのアンメットニーズは存在する. 多くの分子標的薬が開発されてきたが, SLEがきわめて多様性の高い疾患で, 薬効の評価法が確立されていないことが新規治療薬の開発を困難にしている. このような状況下, 新規治療薬として有望な薬剤が複数開発中であり, 治療選択肢が増えることを期待したい. |
