| Abstract | 小児期に発症する炎症性腸疾患(IBD)は典型的な潰瘍性大腸炎(UC)やクローン病(CD)と診断するのに苦慮するケースもあり, 治療方針の決定に悩むことも少なくない. また, IBD治療薬のなかには, 小児患者に対する治験がおこなわれておらず小児適用がないものもあり, それらの薬剤の位置づけは成人患者とは異なる. 一方で, 可能な限り早期に全消化管の評価をおこなって, 重症度に合った治療を導入し適正化していくことは重要である, 専門家が少ない小児IBD領域においては, 質の高い治療指針・ガイドラインが整備されることが重要である. 本稿では, 小児期発症のIBD患者における適正な治療の重要性を考えるとともに, 日本とヨーロッパでそれぞれ出されている治療指針とガイドラインの特徴について言及する. |
