| Abstract | 「Summary」 ・鎖骨骨幹部骨折では早期社会復帰, 短縮に伴う肩甲胸郭関節機能への悪影響を考慮し治療方針を決定する. ・鎖骨遠位端骨折では転位残存による有痛性偽関節の予防を考慮し治療方針を決定する. ・各手術法にはそれぞれ留意する点はあるものの基本手技に沿っておこなえば決して難易度の高くない治療法である. |
