| Abstract | 「Summary」 新生児・乳児消化管アレルギーは, 主に非IgE依存性の細胞性免疫反応によって新生児期〜乳児期に消化器症状(嘔吐, 血便, 下痢, 体重減少など)を生じる疾患である. 詳細な病態は解明されていないが, 欧米とわが国でも特徴が異なるなど, 多様な病態が含まれる疾患群と認識されている. 症例ごとに全身状態や年齢を考慮する必要があるが, 他の消化管疾患との鑑別やすみやかな診断確定と治療に進むために内視鏡検査や負荷試験は有用である. |
