| Abstract | 分子標的薬の普及により他科の薬剤による網膜疾患が増加している. 抗がん薬, 抗炎症薬, 抗てんかん薬, ステロイド, 免疫チェックポイント阻害薬, ヒドロキシクロロキンなど, 他科診療で重要な治療薬によって網膜に生じる薬剤性障害を, 古くから知られているものから近年報告されたものまで紹介する. 多くは問診による薬剤使用歴に加えて, 眼底検査や光干渉断層計で診断が可能であるが, なかには視野検査や網膜電図が必要なものもある. 発症メカニズムが解明されていないため薬理学的ないしは分子メカニズムに則った治療法が確立されていないものも多い. |
