| Abstract | 2019年11月に, 抗VEGF薬であるラニビズマブがROPに対する治療薬として効能追加の承認を得た. 正常血管の発生に必須であるVEGFは, ROPの病態において疾患の活動性にかかわる重要な因子である. 抗VEGF療法はとくに重症ROPの治療成績の向上をもたらす可能性があり期待される. 一方, 従来おこなわれてきたレーザー網膜光凝固術との使い分けや, ラニビズマブ投与後の経過観察, 追加治療の方法, 長期的な安全性など今後検証すべき課題も残されている. |
