| Abstract | 「Key Points」・タキサン系抗がん薬は多くの固形腫瘍で用いられ, 第一選択薬であれば術後補助治療など治癒を目指して投与されることが多い. ・パクリタキセル(PTX)およびドセタキセル(DTX)共に婦人科がんで頻用され, PTXは卵巣癌術後の標準治療薬剤である. ・PTX投与の際は前投薬が必須とされているが, それでも過敏性反応が軽症も含め4.7%, 重症では0.7%に発生する. ・重症の過敏性反応発症に備え, 必要薬剤の準備, さらには医療スタッフのシミュレーション教育を行うことが重要である. ・重症の過敏性反応を来しても, 脱感作療法は手間を要するが成功率が高いため, 患者の有効薬剤を減らさないためにも実施すべきである. 「はじめに」パクリタキセル(PTX)やドセタキセル(DTX)といったタキサン系抗がん薬は, 肺癌・乳癌といった罹患数の多いがん種のほか, 頭頸部癌や食道癌でも第一選択薬として用いられることが多い. |
