| Abstract | [Key Points] ●小児におけるβ遮断薬の適応疾患は頻脈性不整脈, ファロー四徴症のチアノーゼ発作, 乳児血管腫である. ●小児の遺伝性不整脈, マルファン症候群, 肥大型心筋症, 心不全でも, 成人に準じてβ遮断薬が使用されている. ●新生児と乳児の上室頻拍の再発予防にはジゴキシンとプロプラノロールが単剤あるいは併用療法で最も多く使用されている. ●小児のQT延長症候群やカテコラミン誘発多形性心室頻拍は, 成人に準じてβ遮断薬が推奨されている. 特にLQT2ではナドロールが推奨される. ●小児における心不全では成人のエビデンスが外挿されβ遮断薬が使用されるが, 小児の心不全の特性を考慮する必要がある. |
