| Abstract | [Key Points] ●鉄欠乏性貧血の治療は, もし原疾患が治療可能なものであればその治療を行い, 同時に欠乏している鉄を補う. ●鉄の補充には, 原則としては, 経口鉄剤を1日1回投与する. ●ヘモグロビン値が正常化しても, 貯蔵鉄を十分量にするために3ヵ月間程度は鉄剤の内服を継続する. ●炎症性腸疾患患者や, 消化器系の副作用によって鉄剤の内服が困難な患者, 鉄の吸収障害のために経口鉄剤に不応性の患者には, 経静脈的な鉄剤投与を考慮する. ●静注鉄剤を長期に用いる場合には, 鉄過剰症や, 低リン血症による骨軟化症の発症リスクを念頭に, 血清フェリチン値や血清リン値のモニタリングを行う. |
