| Abstract | [Key Points] ●鉄欠乏性貧血は小児では思春期と乳児期後期に頻度が高く, 4〜5ヵ月の早産児でもみられる. ●乳児期の鉄欠乏性貧血は, ほとんどが母乳栄養児である. ●患者が規則正しく鉄剤を服用していない可能性が意外に多い. ●ヘリコバクター・ピロリ感染症の家族歴を確認する. ●鉄剤不応性や再燃をくり返す症例に遭遇するとき, 患児の栄養状態, そして鉄剤の使用方法などを熟知しておくことが治療のキーポイントとなる. |
