| Abstract | [Key Points]●骨粗鬆症治療の目的は骨折の予防である. その目的を達成するためには, 骨折抑制効果の確かな薬剤を適切に用いることが重要である. ●骨粗鬆症治療においては, とりわけ治療の継続が大きな課題である. 長期治療戦略に基づいて, 適切に薬剤の切り替えを検討する. ●薬剤切り替えについては, テリパラチドとロモソズマブ終了後の骨吸収抑制薬への移行が重要である. ●デノスマブの休薬により, 骨吸収の一過性亢進を認めることから, その後の治療にはビスホスホネート製剤が必須である. ●ビスホスホネート製剤の長期投与の是非については, 骨折リスクに基づく適切な検討が必要である. |
