| Abstract | [Key Points] ●Pneumocystis (ニューモシスチス) は自然界に存在する宿主特異的な真菌である. ●ヒト免疫不全者に対して肺炎を発生させる. ●細胞壁の構造からアムホテリシンBやアゾール系抗真菌薬は無効で, 抗菌薬であるトリメトプリム / スルファメトキサゾールが有効である. ●Pneumocystis肺炎の呼吸不全合併に対してステロイドが併用される. |
