| Abstract | 「病態生理 (感染経路)」「1. パルボウイルスB19について」パルボウイルスB19は単鎖DNAウイルスであり, 受容体は赤血球膜表面にあるP抗原で, 骨髄や胎児肝, 臍帯, 末梢血に存在するP抗原保有細胞である赤血球前駆細胞に感染し, 増殖する. パルボウイルスB19には15歳までにほとんどの人が感染する. 冬や春に流行することが多い. 感染経路としては飛沫感染が有名だが, 母から胎児への垂直感染もある. 感染した子どもからうつることも多いため, 教師や保育士が罹患することが多い. また血液製剤による感染も報告されている. 潜伏期間は14〜21日程度である. 感染したほとんどの患者は無症状であるか, 軽い倦怠感とかぜ様症状を呈す. |
