| Abstract | 「病態生理 (感染経路も含む)」「1. 伝染性単核球症とは」伝染性単核球症は, 発熱・咽頭炎・頸部リンパ節腫脹を古典的三徴とする疾患であり, 他のウイルス性咽頭炎と症状は類似する. 病原微生物はエプスタイン・バーウイルス (Epstein-Barr virus: EBV) が約90%を占め, 他にはサイトメガロウイルス (cytomegalovirus: CMV), ヒトヘルペスウイルス6 (human herpesvirus 6: HHV-6), トキソプラズマ, ヒト免疫不全ウイルス (human immunodeficiency virus: HIV), アデノウイルスなどがある. 原因微生物とその頻度を表1に示す. また, 薬剤でも類似した症状を来すことがあり, 原因薬剤として抗けいれん薬 (カルバマゼピン, フェニトイン), ミノサイクリン, アロプリノールなどが知られている. |
