| Abstract | 「要旨」非選択的β受容体遮断薬であるプロプラノロールは乳児血管腫に対する標準治療である. プロプラノロールの副作用は低血糖や徐脈, 低血圧など迅速に介入すべき兆候が含まれ, 副作用の少ない投与方法を確立することは重要である. 今回, 特に周産期異常はなかった2カ月女児の乳児血管腫に対してプロプラノロール内服治療中に徐脈, 低血圧を呈した症例を経験した. 現在のプロトコルは外来治療でも用いられ安全とされているが, 少量から開始をしたとしても副作用が起こることがある. リスクがないと思われる児であっても, 比較的低用量で副作用が出現する可能性を念頭にモニタリングと迅速な対応ができる状況で治療をすべきである. |
