| Abstract | 「はじめに」2020年にWHOから第5版 "Female Genital Tumours" が発刊された. 特筆すべきは, 子宮体部腫瘍の分類の中で, 癌肉腫がMixed epithelial and mesenchymal tumorsから外れ, 上皮性腫瘍のカテゴリーEndometrial epithelial tumors and precursorsに属することになった点である. 本稿では, この新分類に沿って記述する. なお, 子宮内膜間質肉腫については別稿に譲る. 「1. WHO2020分類」子宮体部腫瘍のうち, 間葉系腫瘍と上皮性・間葉性混合腫瘍の分類を表1に示す. コード番号の/0は良性, /1は境界悪性, 悪性度不明, /3は悪性を示す. 「2. 子宮肉腫の頻度」子宮肉腫の頻度はおよそ子宮体部悪性腫瘍の約8%を占める. 婦人科腫瘍委員会報告によると, 2018年に治療を開始した子宮肉腫は460例であった. うち子宮平滑筋肉腫が219人と約半数を占める. |
