| Abstract | 「はじめに」スポーツにおける肩関節傷害において肩腱板断裂の発生頻度は少なく, コンタクトスポーツにおいては前下方の肩関節唇損傷であるバンカート病変, オーバーヘッドスポーツにおいては上方関節唇損傷 (superior labrum anterior and posterior lesion : SLAP損傷) が散見される. 本稿においてはスポーツにおける肩腱板断裂を表層構造である腱組織と深層構造である関節包の両面から検討する. 「臨床・疾患の概説」肩腱板断裂は, (1) 外傷によるもの, (2) 加齢性の変性により自然経過で発生するもの, (3) 加齢による脆弱化が進んだところに外傷が加わるものと大きく3つに分けることができ, その多くは60代後半以降に発症する. 青年期の肩腱板断裂はきわめて少ない. |
