| Abstract | 新型コロナウイルス感染症の後遺症は, 倦怠感, 呼吸苦, 咳嗽, 味覚・嗅覚障害などが主な症状であり, 月単位で遷延することが明らかになってきた. また, 回復後に出現する遅発性後遺症はウイルス後疲労症候群と呼ばれ, 脱毛, 記憶障害, 睡眠障害, 集中力低下などがある. 後遺症発症のリスク因子として, 高齢, 女性, 肥満, 急性期の症状数が5以上であることが報告されたが, 現段階では後遺症の原因は不明であり, 確立された治療法はない. 後遺症には医学的, 社会的, 経済的問題があり, これらは喫緊の課題である. 最大の後遺症予防法は新型コロナウイルス感染症に罹患しないことであり, 継続的な患者への啓発活動が重要である. |
