| Abstract | (1)離脱の前提条件で最も重要な点は人工呼吸開始の理由が改善しているかである (2)離脱の前提条件を満たすかを判断したうえで自発呼吸トライアルを行う (3)きちんと覚醒できるかを判断する自発覚醒トライアルも重要である (4)人工呼吸の肺酸素化能や循環系への影響を考慮し, 時には徐々に人工呼吸条件を下げることも考慮する (5)上気道の確保は別で評価しなくてはいけない |
