| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」■大腿骨近位部骨折患者の健康状態の回復と再骨折の予防により, 患者とその家族の生活を維持すること, また, それにより社会的・医療経済学的な負担を軽減することが求められている. ■本骨折の患者に対して, 多様な「無動による合併症」のリスクを回避するため, 多科・多職種の協力により, 早期に手術を施行する病院が増えてきている. ■急性期病院のリハビリテーションでは, これらの各職種の努力の成果を活かし, 患者の食事や排泄などの基本的な生活様式をできるだけ早く受傷前の状態に戻し, 患者が実生活で必要な能力を取り戻していくための回復期リハビリテーションにスムーズに移っていけるようアシストしたい. |
