| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」■高齢入院患者におけるせん妄の有病率は高く, 低活動型の割合が多い. せん妄の見逃しに関連する要因として高齢者, 認知症, 低活動型せん妄, 視覚障害が挙げられ, 高齢入院患者においてせん妄は見逃されやすく, その評価は重要である. せん妄においては, 軽度意識障害・認知機能障害・幻覚妄想・情動の変動・精神運動興奮/抑制・睡眠覚醒リズムの障害の有無の評価が必要となるが, 軽度意識障害の評価は難しい. せん妄の評価尺度は, (1)診断, (2)重症度評価, (3)スクリーニングの3つの目的に大きく分類され, 評価対象や評価目的に適した尺度を選択する必要がある. |
