| Abstract | 「SUMMARY」■せん妄の発症機序について, 疫学データから加齢性変化の関与は最も明瞭である. そして, せん妄に睡眠覚醒サイクル障害はほぼ必発である. したがって, 高齢者の睡眠覚醒サイクルの維持・回復を図ることがせん妄予防につながり, その具体的手段は良質の睡眠の確保である. 精神科医は, せん妄の治療と同様, 予防的アプローチにおいても様々なクラスの向精神薬を使うが, 本稿では最も基本的で安全なメラトニン受容体作動薬とオレキシン受容体拮抗薬に絞ってエビデンスを基に概説した. |
