Abstract 「SUMMARY」■軽度認知障害(Mild Cognitive Impairment:MCI)に対する非薬物療法の1つとして, 認知トレーニングや芸術活動などが注目されている. このような活動による認知機能の維持・改善効果が認められており, その臨床展開に期待されている. これらの活動は趣味嗜好の影響を受けやすいが, 一方で継続した活動につながりやすい特徴も有する. 運動療法をはじめ, 認知トレーニングやボードゲーム, 音楽活動や芸術活動など, 様々な活動の認知機能維持・改善効果を確認した上で, 「継続」を意識しながら対象となる高齢者個々に応じた指導を行う必要がある.
