Abstract 「Summary」・児童期から青年期は体内時計が最も後退しやすく, 様々な社会的要因からも睡眠・覚醒リズムが乱れやすい時期である. 生活習慣と睡眠問題の関連性も数多く指摘されている. ・この年代の睡眠問題は, 睡眠相の後退に起因する入眠困難や起床困難を伴うものが多い. 学校生活や日常生活に支障を来す睡眠問題の場合には, 専門的な知見に基づく治療的介入が推奨され, 行動的技法を用いたアプローチが有効とされている. ・子どもの睡眠問題・睡眠障害に対する心理療法・カウンセリングにおけるエビデンスの蓄積および普及, 発展が期待される.
