| Abstract | 「抄録」 目的 : ベンゾジアゼピン系(BZ系)睡眠薬は転倒の危険因子と報告されている. 当院ではBZ系睡眠薬の中でブロチゾラムが最も処方されており, 2016年に不眠時の標準指示を開始した. 本研究の目的は不眠時の標準指示開始後の睡眠薬処方の変化, および睡眠薬と転倒率に関して調査することである. 方法 : 対象期間は2015年4月1日から2018年3月31日とした. 当院のインシデントレポートから睡眠薬処方別の処方人数および転倒率(転倒患者数/処方患者数×100)を調査した. 結果 : 2015年度のブロチゾラム処方人数は1,464人であったが, 2017年度には754人まで減少を認めた. エスゾピクロン(1.5%)は, BZ系睡眠薬(4.0%), スボレキサント(2.7%), ラメルテオン(3.8%)と比較して有意に転倒率が低かった. 結論 : 不眠時の標準指示によってブロチゾラムの処方数は減少した. エスゾピクロンは転倒率が低く, 安全な睡眠薬であると思われる. |
